Paddy’s Market provides professional appliance delivery and installation services designed to make your purchase simple and stress-free. From careful handling to clear communication, our experienced team ensures your appliance arrives safely and is ready for use.

Preparing your home for appliance delivery and installation:
- Delivery personnel will call you the morning (between 8am - 9am) of your delivery to give you an ETA
- Ensure a responsible person is home at time of delivery
- Ensure your driveways, entrances, and hallways are clear and free from ice, snow, bikes, toys & other hazards
- Our delivery staff must wear protective footwear at all times during delivery. Please ensure any flooring that may be along the path of delivery is covered
- Built-in, gas and appliances with water must be unhooked prior to delivery if removal of old is requested, excluding clothes washers
If you have questions or concerns about your space, our team is happy to review preparation steps with you before your scheduled delivery.
Professional appliance installation service for household appliances
Proper installation is essential for appliance performance and safety. Paddy’s Market offers installation support for eligible appliances, ensuring connections are completed correctly and appliances are positioned for optimal use.
Our Delivery Policy:
If there is a tight fit for your appliance, we will be happy to attempt to fit it in, with your approval and release from liability should damage occur (a signed release required). Paddy's Market is not responsible should damage occur if moving apliances not on your invoice.
We deliver and setup your appliance in place, we DO NOT install products.
Installation services provided by the Paddy's Market delivery team:
- Unpackage your new appliance, put your new appliance in place & remove appliance packaging from your home
- Ensure appliance is level
- Hook up clothes washers to existing plumbing (hoses under 5 years old required)
- Hook up clothes dryer to existing metal venting provided it is proper length and in good working order - excluding side venting (Paddy's Market does not supply venting)
- Removal of your old appliances on a one-for-one basis, provided it can be done safety
- Reverse door opening on appliance where applicable, provided installation kit not required
Installation services NOT provided by the Paddy's Market delivery team:
- Gas appliance hook-up
- Ice Maker hook-up
- Uninstall/Install Built-in appliances siuch as dishwashers, wall ovens, cooktops, over-the-range microwaves, trim kits & A/C
- Install anti-tip brackets on any free-standing range
Delivery Charges - Flat Rates (plus tax)
- $40 flat rate delivery fee within Durham Region, if your invoice is below $799
- FREE Delivery within Durham Region if your invoice is greater than $799
