Recently 'Paddy's Market' serviced my refrigerator. The defrost timer was
defective. Several years ago, you serviced the same refrigerator - that time
both the defrost timer and the compressor starter relay were defective.
On both occasions you have sent a 'thank you' card. This time I am
emailing you to thank you for sending the cards. You are a
'family business' and these cards are a 'personal touch'. These days,
business has become so 'impersonal' that sending cards like these are a
welcome change and foster customer loyalty. Ever since the first time
you serviced my fridge, I have been meaning to come over to your store
to see what you have and what services you provide. Have you ever
thought of having a 'barbecue' and inviting all the customers you
have send these cards to over, say the past one or two years?
